A taste of Siam - By day, The Ozone restaurant is exclusive to members and guests offering one of the most exquisite fine dining experiences in Middlesborough, County Durham. In the evening, it is transformed into a unique destination restaurant serving East West Fusion cuisine and is open to everyone.
The food in the Ozone is Pan Asian with a western twist, tapas and a la carte dishes, created by our chefs while you watch. The atmosphere is clean, informal, contemporary and non-smoking.
